CYBERSECURITY OPERATIONS

Your security operations, handled by people who do this every day.

We work with businesses across Canada of 10–200 people that depend on technology but don't have an internal IT team.

The problem

Threats don't keep business hours. Alerts pile up un-triaged, vulnerabilities sit unpatched, and breaches are discovered months after they happen - usually by someone else.

What's included

How we engage

Assess → Monitor & respond → Improve. Project-based hardening or ongoing managed security operations.

From findings to a practical improvement plan

01 / ASSESS

Understand your starting point

Choose an assessment and discuss your environment. Confirm scope, access requirements and the written deliverables before work begins.

02 / PRIORITISE & FIX

Decide what to tackle first

Use the findings to prioritise improvements. If you want Crossworld to implement changes, discuss a separate project scope and quotation.

03 / MANAGE

Discuss ongoing support

Where ongoing support fits your needs, agree coverage, responsibilities and pricing in a separate written scope.

An assessment does not automatically enrol you in a project or monthly service. Each engagement is agreed separately.
